Cangrade is the brain behind Jules. Cangrade was founded in 2014 as a pre-hire assessment software aiming to improve job fit and remove bias from the hiring process. It now offers a talent intelligence platform to help organizations make accurate, bias-free talent decisions throughout their talent lifecycle, and candidates and employees land a job that’s the perfect match for them.

Cangrade started offering Jules’ life coaching to the world in October 2024 after 10 years of honing its personality assessment.

Darn accurate. Jules uses Cangrade’s personality assessment, which is based on decades of research and testing and measures more than 50 personality traits. Most other assessments measure less than a dozen, which is why you get grouped in a “type.”

When predicting job success, Cangrade’s assessment predicts fit 10x more accurately than traditional hiring methods like interviews and resume reviews.

You can ask Jules any question about your career or personal life. Jules will not respond to any questions that are offensive, harmful, or explicit, including questions that include hate speech, or abusive language.

• How can I stop comparing myself to others on social media and focus on my journey?

Data privacy and security are a top priority for Cangrade. Beyond any regulation or cybersecurity standard, we recognize every individual’s fundamental right to online safety and freedom from violation of privacy. Our privacy policy provides assurance that any user data Cangrade collects is not shared with any 3rd party, and can be fully disclosed to the user or deleted by their request. We also stay on top of cyber threats and have a clean record of data security breaches.

Jules never uses identifying information in the interaction with the LLM. The information used in these interactions is completely generic, and it’s impossible to infer anything about any specific individual.

Yes. You can request to delete your chats at any time. When you request deletion, your records are truly erased, not just invisible to you, so they are unrecoverable by any party.

You can request the erasure of your chats by clicking “Chat History” in the top right of your screen and then clicking ”Delete All” at the bottom left of the pop-up. Please remember, once you delete your chats they will be unrecoverable by anyone.
